What if you didn't have to work at getting traffic to your website?

that would have such a great reputation, that people would love to
tell
others about it.
Honda didn't invest that much in marketing. Their cars
eventually were
just plain better!
So what's the reason for Honda selling so many Accords every year?
It's
simple. Their reputation for QUALITY speaks for itself. There is a
great
value proposition for the average consumer.
Imagine:
You can pay more than $25,000 for a car that won't last more than
60,000
miles. Or instead, you can buy a new Accord that's going to last twice
as
long with no hassles in between. Now, here comes the word of
mouth
effect:
You actually TELL other people how great your shiny new Accord is.
You describe the car's benefits, the quality. The handling, the great
value exchange.
In turn this makes YOU appear more valuable to your friends.
This works the same online as it does in the real world. People
recommend
your website by linking to it and visitors come to your site from
those
links.
You won't be able to stop people from linking to your site and
visiting it
IF it really is excellent.
If you come out with a truly great site, it WILL get discovered and
passed
on. This happens every single month & will continue to happen far
into the
future. The best sites can grow to over 1MM users a day in no time
flat.
IF they truly are novel, valuable, and solve a problem better than the
competition.
So what should you do...
Get your site so tuned up that your competition has no choice but to
either surrender or partner with you. If your focus is on mortgages,
make
it the absolute best site online about mortgages. Make it a tribute to
your visitors. They'll take care of the rest.
Make it a site where people love to comeback to & feel good about
passing
on. Stuff it FULL of amazing content about mortgage brokers,
refinancing,
and projected payments.
Put a directory section on there, but only approve the best links
online
about mortgages. Add the best links yourself. Same with your article
section: add 75 kick-butt informative articles about "How to Save
$238/month on Your Next Mortgage" & more.
Figure what your market is after and give them so much that they tell
others. FOR F.REE!
This can yield you far more links than emailing for reciprocals. Let
the
market decide how good your site is.
Search until the ends of the earth to find the best quality for your
traffic.
Can you get to 500,000 uniques a day? Maybe. But make sure it happens
as
quickly as possible by creating satisfied visitors who talk about you
everywhere.

BIZ*TECH SAVVY SOLUTIONS

Save Your Monitor
OK - so you've read that you can't leave an image on your
monitor for any length of time, as it would burn the image
permanently into the screen. Walla - that is why screen savers
were invented to keep a constantly moving image.
Well, with the new LCD monitors (flat screen) that is not really
much of a concern anymore. BUT - Screen Savers are popular so
many folks run them anyway. You may however, just be shortening
the life of your monitor. The longer it is on, the dimmer it
will get. Those beautiful white colors start to look a bit dingy
and it is only a matter of time until it gives up the ghost.
Can you prevent this - you betcha. Go to Start/Control
Panel/Display and select the "Screen Saver" Tab. Go to the
lower
right on the screen and select "Power." The setting
"Turn off
monitor" - hit the down arrow and select a time to turn off the
monitor - I use 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes my screen is off - a mouse movement or a tap on
a key brings it back to life. If you leave your computer on for
extended periods - like I do, this will extend the life of your
monitor greatly.
