A "Warm" Welcome to All our New Subscribers.

No time No time No time.  Don't you feel like that sometimes?
Like there is No time to get anything done?  You get overwhelmed
with what you have to do, that even at times you get less done
because you just don't know where to start.  I feel like that way
too often.  Things just pile on you and it is just such of a heap of
a mess it is hard to get out of it.  Here is one helpful hint that I find
really helps you get under that PILE of too much of everything to do.
Keep it there.  Write down everything that is piling up that needs to
be accomplished and put your pen down.  No go clean your house and
your office top to bottom.  NOW you can start on your PILE.  Having
clean surroundings with everything written down in front of you gives
you organization and a comfortable setting.  Dig yourself out of that
PILE so you can stop feeling so overwhelmed.

I won't take anymore of your time so you can get reading
today's Issue:

Have a GREAT Weekend!

Please forward this e-zine to all your friends and co-workers who might be interested!

Until Next time,

"Knowledge Is Power"
By John J TAYLOR

«¤»„«¤»§«¤»„«¤»§«¤»„«¤»§«¤»

"Measure what can be measured, and make measurable what
cannot be measured" ~~ Galileo Galilel

Galileo was a leading 17th Century scientist who also said
that "Experiments and measurements make new inventions
possible".

Everything that we use online today was created through
experimentation, measurement and analysis.

Scientists experimented with electrical current, measured
the results of their experiments and analyzed those results
to define their next experiment. Each phase of the
experimental cycle designed to improve upon the last one or
to eliminate something that didn't work.

The groundbreaking work of scientists like Edison, Watt and
Einstein was all based upon experimentation and observation.

Their success was directly attributable to their commitment
to finding a solution to a problem and being determined to
continue to experiment and test until they achieved the
ideal answer.

The quotation "Knowledge is power" is attributed to Francis
Bacon - he had the insight to understand that real power
comes from an in-depth understanding of each facet within
our chosen field of endeavor.

To be truly successful online we need the dedication and
determination displayed by the great scientists and
inventors. It is totally wrong to design a web site and then
sit back and wait for something to happen.

We must experiment, measure and analyze our results on a
regular basis. Each experiment bringing us information that
provides us with the power to increase our conversion rate
and our profitability.

Different wording in an article resource box, an alternative
subject in an email campaign, a new banner design - all
things that "might" increase the traffic to our web sites.
But "might" isn't good enough - you have to know for sure;
and that requires tracking and measuring our response to
identify the truth.

Alternative wording in our headlines, adding audio, smaller
graphic files for faster download speeds. Again they are all
things that "might" increase our conversion rate - tracking
and analysis is essential if we are to benefit from the
power that such knowledge can give us.

More traffic, more subscribers, more sales, more profit. Can
you afford to miss out simply because you don't invest a
little time in testing and tracking?

John Taylor is a writer and publisher and his work includes
The "Testing & Tracking" Special Report that explains what
to test and how to test it (

Deleting Unwanted Programs

If you have programs on your computer that you no longer use, you
can gain some disk space if you remove them.

The first thing you should do is click the Start/Programs. Then
hunt for the program you want to delete. Oftentimes, you'll find
an Uninstall program under it's program group.

Another way would be to click the Start/Settings/Control Panel.
Then open the Add/Remove programs icon. You'll see a list of
programs that Windows can remove from your system. Just click the
one you would like to remove and hit the OK button.

If neither of the above works, you can always go to the program's
folder and delete it. However, there is no guarantee that the
program was confined to that folder. It could have other files
distributed throughout your computer.

You may get a prompt telling you that some shared files were
found that are not needed by other programs and can be removed.
It is better to leave them on your system because these .dll
files might be needed after all. If you do delete the shared
files, don't be surprised if you start getting error messages
about missing .dll files.

Keep in mind that some of the files that get placed on your hard
drive when you install a program are basically updates to some of
your existing files. So if you are uninstalling something and get
a message saying not all the files from a program could be
removed, it may be due to the fact that other programs also use
these files.
