Sometimes you feel you are in a no-win situation.
These sp*m filters sometimes are more of a nightmare
than they are worth. They do cut out a lot of sp*m, but
at the same time they cut out quite a bit of legit emails.
So what do you do? If you are gung-ho on keeping your
sp*m filter on and just crossing your fingers that your
legit email makes it through the filters, then hold on to your
seats, because there is a solution. We are using our
e-zine as an example of what you can do, and try it, 
and I assure you, you will be receiving our e-zine each
and every issue:

In order to insure that your OnLine Exchange newsletter
is not trapped by email spam filters, please place us on your safe list as follows:

Hotmail: Place the domain "onlineexchange.info" in your safe list. 
The safe list can be accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs.

AOL: Place the domain "onlineexchange.info" in your address book. 

Yahoo! Mail: If one of our newsletters is filtered to your bulk folder, 
open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

Earthlink: Add "info@onlineexchange.info" to your address book.

Other providers: If our newsletters is being filtered, try adding our domain
"onlineexchange.info" or our email address "info@onlineexchange.info" 
to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, 
try moving the message to your inbox or forwarding the message to yourself.

If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or email your ISP's tech support 
and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all email from onlineexchange.info

5.) HOT BIZ*TIP

System Slowdown

If your system appears to be getting sluggish, we all know you
should Defrag your files. If you also place the files for your
most frequently used programs at the front of the disk it will
run even faster.

Every time the computer does anything however, that writes a
change to disk, Disk Defragmenter will report that the disk's
contents have changed, and it will restart the defragging process
all over.

As we have said in the past, your best bet is to start your
computer in safe mode and run defrag.

Let's cover that and then we'll get on to today's tip.

Holding down the "Ctrl" key, restart your computer - hold it down
until you get a screen message of options on how to start your
computer.

Choose the "Safe Mode Option". This prevents anything from
starting that could automatically write to your disk. Safe mode
will appear in all four corners of the screen, and it may appear
a bit different to you - not to worry.

Now - on to today's tip - Run the Defrag Program as follows:

Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools and Disk Defragmenter in
that order. When the Select Drive Screen appears, click on
Settings. Make sure the box titled "Rearrange program files so
my programs start faster." is checked.

The program should run to completion without restarting, and your
files will be rearranged for faster access.
