Undoubtedly, we're a culture of people who
do too much.
Whether you're a professional or a domestic
demi-god, you may be paying dearly for it in
your effectiveness, satisfaction, well being,
quality of life, or family and personal time.
In fact, you may be suffering from
"The Hero Syndrome."

strong reaction because you don't want it to

1. I'm often the one on whom people depend
in a pinch.

On a personal note:
It is about 7:30am in the morning while I am
typing my editorial. I am in total shock!
My little 20 month old girl is like an alarm
clock, 6:30 to 6:45 she is up and ready to go.
Well, to my disbelief, she is still sleeping.
And instead of wishing I was still in bed, cause
I have been getting up at 6:30am for close to
2 years now, I am plugging away at my computer.
Where's my head today?
It sure is nice to relax and have coffee and talk
to you though!
I am sure tomorrow I will want to sleep in alittle and
I won't be able to, cause she will jump up at her normal
time. Always works that way. :)
