Picture persuasion is using photos to influence your
prospects to buy your product or service. Pictures
can help your prospects mentally visualize your offer.
They can help support your product claims. Some
pictures also grab your prospect's attention.
 
Below are eight ways pictures can give you an unfair
advantage.
 
1. Customers Pictures - Show pictures of customers
actually using your product. For example, if you were
selling a muscle building video you could show one
of your customers flexing his/her muscles and smiling.
 
2. Non Customer Pictures - Publish pictures of
those who didn't buy your product.  For example,
if you were selling a muscle building video you could
show one of your non customers looking very skinny
and frowning.
 
3. Before and After Pictures - Show the customer
and non customer pictures side by side. For
example, if your were selling a weight loss video
show a picture of a person who is overweight and
a picture of them after they used your product.
 
4. End Result Pictures - Use pictures that show the
end results. For example, if you were selling an
ebook about raising your grades show a picture of
a person graduating.
 
5. Attention Pictures - Publish unusual pictures to
grab people's attention. For example, if you were
selling business suits you could have a picture of a
person wearing one that has a mohawk.
 
6. Credibility Pictures - Show pictures that represent
you as an expert. For example, if you were selling
computer classes you could be in the picture holding
your degree.
 
7. Imagination Pictures - Use pictures that don't
have people in them, but show the results of your
product. For example, if you were selling a vacation
to Florida show a picture of beach with topical
palm trees.
 
8. Testimonial Pictures - Publish pictures of people
that give you testimonials or endorsements. For
example, if you were selling medical equipment show
a picture of doctor who gave you a good testimonial.
 
They're hundreds of persuasive ways to use pictures.
Put yourself in your prospects shoes and think about
what pictures would influence your prospects to buy.

"Installing Your Icons"

Whether you create your own icons, or download a bundle of
them from the Net, you can install them pretty easily.
Here's how...
 

Select an icon on your desktop. Those that won't let you
change them won't have the function for change. You'll see
what I mean in a second.
 
Right click an icon and select 'Properties' from the context
menu that appears after right clicking. If the icon can be
changed easily, you'll see a 'Change Icon' button. If not,
you won't see that button.
 
Click the 'Change Icon' button. The 'Change Icon' dialog
box pops up, showing you the present icon, and any others
that might included. (Some programs pack a number of
different icons along with them.) Click the 'Browse' button,
navigate to the folder you saved your homemade icon in, and
select it. Click 'Open' and then OK, and OK again. Your new
icon should be installed where the old one was located.

We hope you have enjoyed this issue of the
Online Exchange E-zine.
We would like to welcome all of our New Subscribers.
 
Now that school is out, I have the privilege
of keeping my son and daughter busy for the whole summer.
I have debated on summer camp for him, but
decided against it.  He has karate 3 evenings
a week, it is what he asked for.  But
now we have to fill the days.  Between
scheduling playdates with friends and
planning our outings, I think I may actually
pull it off.  One day a week is set aside
for the library.  He is going into first grade.
But all because it is summertime, does not mean
it is a time for all play and NO learning!  I
feel that is very important. He needs to keep his
skills sharp for when school starts again. 
 
And it is the same for business too!  Never stop.
Sure, it is summertime now and you want to relax
more.  Heck, I can't blame you.  But the more we
slack the more we lose. What do I have planned for
the summer other than keeping my kids occupied?
We are expanding our business!  YEP, you heard that
right.  NO SLACKING HERE!  As I mentioned last week,
we registered some more domains, and we just upgraded
our server.  Once we transfer everything we need onto
the new sites, we will begin to expand our services.
Just alittle at a time.  It's the way to do it.  Plus,
we don't want to burn ourselves out.  NOW is the time
to do it.  If you were told that summertime is a slow
time for business, THINK AGAIN!
